Monday is Fitness Challenge day.  Everyone that comes in gets a coupon for $5 on any purchase at the Rec.  100 Mile Club kick off also.  Walk or run 100 miles for great incentives and super fun prizes.  (No time limit for this challenge. 100 miles is a LONG way)

Monday holds a special challenge – if you come in all week with your special punch card you will receive a free gift on Friday.  (It is really worth the week) 

Tuesday is Kids day with the Little’s Gym free and a creative flair will be added.  Morning fitness classes get treated with a celebratory sweet. 

Wednesday is Wellness day with several community groups sharing with us their specialties

Thursday is Thirsty Thursday where everyone that comes in to participate receives a water bottle.

Friday is Party Day!   Lunch from 11:30 to 1pm
