The average VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) amount in Wyoming during the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 was $378,730, according to figures provided by the Veterans Affairs Home Loans Index.
The third quarter of 2025 brought in $51 million in property tax revenue for Wyoming, a 51.9% decrease from the second quarter of 2025, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Quarterly Summary of State and Local Taxes.
Out of the $2.6 billion in total tax revenue collected by Wyoming in 2024, $5.9 million came from public utilities sales taxes, representing an increase from the previous year, when the total was $3.8 million, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Annual Survey of State Government Tax Collections (STC).
