The City’s new online bill payment provider launches in early February. All utility customers will receive a new account number with their February bills, which will be mailed to every resident. Customers who normally receive an electronic bill will also receive one emailed to the email address we have on file.

IMPORTANT: For customers who use auto-pay, your February bill will not be automatically withdrawn from your account. You will need to log into the new portal once it is active and set up your auto-pay preferences.

The new portal from Tyler Technologies improves the customer experience and allows Edgerton utility customers to schedule payments, set up auto payments, and track account updates in real time. There will also be a quick pay option for customers who do not wish to set up an online account.

If you have any questions about the new portal, please call City Hall at 913-893-6231 or contact us through this link.
