WyoLotto has announced the addition of a new member to its Board of Directors. Jeff Collins from Cheyenne will join the nine-member board, which is appointed by Governor Mark Gordon for four-year terms.
“It is with great pleasure and a personal honor that we welcome Jeff Collins of Cheyenne to join the Wyolotto Board of Directors. Jeff’s commitment to his country through the Wyoming Air National Guard and the United States Air Force undoubtedly will provide great insights for our organization,” said Jon Clontz, WyoLotto CEO.
Collins retired from the Wyoming Air National Guard in 2023 and currently works as a Facilities Maintenance Production Controller at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Before his military service, he managed his family farm and worked as a production manager for a railroad supply company. He has been residing in Cheyenne since 2000.
His career achievements include roles such as VAE Nortrak Railroad Supply production manager, Retired Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, Honorably Discharged Veteran with 35 years of military service, multiple combat tours with associated service decorations, U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer/Materiel Management Specialist/Fuel Distribution Systems Apprentice, Superintendent Logistics Readiness Squadron Small Air Terminal, and U.S. Department of Agriculture Facilities Maintenance Production Controller.
The current members on the Board of Directors are Gina Monk (chairwoman), Todd Peterson (vice chairman), David Snyder (secretary), Gerry Marburger (treasurer), Mary Throne (member), Lori Brennan (member), Jim Willox (member), and Forrest “Frosty” Williams (member).
