The Wyoming Lottery Corporation (WLC) has announced its search for proposals from businesses and firms that specialize in digital marketing services. The focus is on those with proven experience in maintaining and supporting apps and broader digital marketing efforts. These services are intended to enhance the lottery’s app and other digital outreach initiatives, according to the request for proposals (RFP).

For vendors interested in participating, the WLC offers the option to download the RFP for App & Digital Outreach. Additionally, those preferring a physical copy can make a written request to:
