NFIB has expressed gratitude to its Wyoming members for participating in the 2024 state ballot voting process. The results indicate strong opinions on several key issues.

Regarding the Private Attorneys General Act, which would allow employees to sue their employers for alleged Labor Code violations, 86% of respondents opposed the measure, while only 6% supported it and 8% were undecided.

On the issue of pay transparency, which involves requiring employers to disclose salary ranges and benefits in job postings, 80% voted against this requirement. Only 9% were in favor, with an undecided rate of 11%.

A significant majority, at 66%, believe that businesses should be required to accept cash as a form of payment. This leaves 26% against such a mandate and 9% undecided.

Finally, when asked about imposing new taxes or fees related to electric vehicle infrastructure funding through motorists and energy consumption charges, an overwhelming 85% opposed the idea. Support was minimal at just 10%, with a small percentage of respondents (5%) remaining undecided.
